This particular Starbucks doesn't deserve any stars! I don't know why the younger employees, "Nair" specifically has one of the ugliest attitudes. She's very unprofessional, rude and sarcastic. I guess it's the area of location bc I've never had bad customer service at any Starbucks and I am a very loyal customer of Starbucks. She mumbled something to her coworker Cyndi/Cynthia & when I told her coworker that I was well aware she had commented to her about me & that was unprofessional her coworker had to apologize for her. Then to make matters worse, she's starts getting rude and loud bc she's standing behind the counter. I swear some of these kids just work bc they need the money, but their parents obviously didn't teach them to have respect. I will NEVER get coffee again at this location. And yes I did call corporate bc I feel they need to address her nasty attitude. That's something her regional manager needs to know this is what she has working at this location.

Save yourself some time and frustration and go to the one across the parking lot. Literally stood at the counter for 5 minutes before someone helped me out. I'd rather they get it right than be convenient.
